Pear honeysuckle gin fizz
Your guests will be delighted by Pear honeysuckle gin fizz, which combines the sweet taste of pear with the floral aroma of honeysuckle for a delicious drink that's as pretty as it is refreshing.
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Gin (about 3 Tbsp)
2 Tbsp pear purée syrup
1 tsp organic honeysuckle syrup
¾ cup soda water
Crushed ice to top
Instructions
1. Place the gin, organic honeysuckle syrup, and pear purée syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ¾ cup of soda water, then shake well.
2. Strain into a glass. Top with crushed ice and add sprigs of honeysuckle as garnish.
Strawberry Rose Tea
If you're looking for something more herbal and light-bodied, try our Strawberry Rose Tea with its subtle sweetness and hints of rose petals. Your guests will love this refreshing beverage while they enjoy their time at your ceremony site.
Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh puréed strawberries
1/2 cup freshly brewed black tea with dried rose leaves
1 tsp vanilla syrup
Instructions
1. Steep the water in the black tea, and organic dried rose leaves.
2. Add vanilla syrup to taste.
3. Serve over ice with a strawberry garnish.
