By purchasing you understand and agree that this electronic gift card (“Gift Card”) is issued by Wildflower 301 and may be redeemed for eligible goods and services offered directly by Wildflower 301, including venue services, catering, floral services, boutique merchandise, and in-house coffee bar purchases.
This Gift Card:
• Has no expiration date in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
• Is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
• Cannot be reloaded unless explicitly stated.
• Is non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.
• Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
• Cannot be used toward deposits already paid unless applied prior to final invoice settlement.
• Gift Card balances will not accrue interest or fees.
Gift cards may be applied toward:
• Wedding venue balances
• on site Catering invoices
• on- site Floral invoices
• on - site Boutique purchases
• on-site Coffee bar purchases
Gift cards may not be applied toward:
• Outside vendor payments
• Third-party rentals
• Taxes or gratuities (if required by law — optional to include depending on your preference)
For wedding-related invoices:
• Gift cards must be presented prior to final payment processing.
• Gift cards may not be retroactively applied to previously paid balances.
• Gift cards applied toward venue, catering, or floral balances must be redeemed through Wildflower 301 directly and cannot be self-applied through third-party invoicing platforms
• When applied toward catering or floral services provided by affiliated businesses, funds will be transferred to those entities upon redemption
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by state law.
• Gift cards may be applied to pre-tax invoice totals only.
• Any unused balance remains on the card and may be used for future eligible purchases.
• If a wedding is canceled, gift card balances remain valid for boutique or future event use but are not refundable.
• Use of this Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
• Wildflower 301 reserves the right to update these terms as permitted by law.
