11+ hours of exclusive access to the entire property from:

  • 11AM - 10 PM on Sunday - Thursday

  • 11AM - 11PM on Friday & Saturday

Two Payments

  • 50% due at signing

  • 50% due 60 days before the wedding

  • Plus, $330 fee

Three Payments

  • 33.33% (payment 1 of 3) due at signing

  • 33.33% (payment 2 of 3) due at the midpoint between signing and 60 days prior to the wedding date

  • 33.33% (payment 3 of 3) due 60 days prior to the wedding date

  • Plus, $440 fee

Monthly

  • 15% due at signing

  • Remaining balance is equally distributed monthly and paid in full 60 days prior to the event
